Chaplin Ramona Allen is attending the 2025 Class Graduation Celebration for the female inmates who are completing the Parenting Classes provided. Ramona Allen cares for the inmates’ needs and their families during the women’s incarceration, providing counselling and resources from God Encounter Outreach.
